RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS POLICY

For the submission of a statement of resignation for any goods purchased in the online store, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package with your order. Additionally, you have 14 days from the date of sending us the declaration of withdrawal from the agreement to return the product to us.

The detailed regulations regarding withdrawal from the agreement and returns in case of product defects can be found in the Store's Terms and Conditions.

PROPOSED RETURN METHOD

Register the return on your customer account – log in to your account and click on the RETURNS module, following the instructions provided on the page.

NOTE: If you do not remember your login details, enter the email address you used to place your order and then request a password reminder.

Fill out and print the PRODUCT RETURN FORM. To expedite the return process, prepare the receipt/invoice that was included with your order. It is not mandatory, but it will speed up the processing of the return. Place the receipt/invoice and the return product form with the item you wish to return in a shipping box or envelope. You can return the product yourself by sending the package.

When registering the return, in the module: NOTIFY US ABOUT THE METHOD OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT (select InPost or courier)

The shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

Remember to save the tracking number so you can monitor the return. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the package at our warehouse. Complaints are processed within 14 days of the package being delivered to our warehouse, and the correspondence with the decision will be sent via email. Please clearly mark the package as RETURN / COMPLAINT. Note: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

In the event of a refund request for a transaction made by the customer using a payment card, the Seller will process the refund to the bank account associated with the customer’s payment card.

Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro

For card payments, the delivery time for orders within Poland is up to 3 business days.
